Operator 2 (Screen Room Operator)- Temp

Location: On-site in Attleboro, Massachusetts, United States. First- and second-shift positions are available.

Salary: $22–$24 per hour.

What you will do

• Perform thick film processing to produce passive electronic component arrays.
• Use substrate drawings and screen printers to measure critical dimensions.
• Set up, align, print, fire, electrically test, and break down process equipment.
• Handle chemicals and inks in accordance with required safety rules.
• Create work logs and update timesheets while following written instructions.

Requirements

• High school education and technical understanding.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with microscopes, hand tools, chemicals, inks, and process equipment.
• Experience reading prints and specifications and using computers for work and time logging.
• Ability to learn new products quickly, work independently, and stay highly motivated.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR requirements, including being a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of screen-printing experience.
