Engineering Internship - Automation/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Data Science/Chemical (Manufacturing)

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Salary: €2,414 gross per month, with a prorated 13th month based on the internship duration.

What you will do

• Design and evaluate technical options to achieve business objectives.
• Assess technical feasibility through computer modeling and simulation.
• Lead economic evaluations and consultations with Manufacturing, Research & Development, and other stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and procure new processing equipment.
• Develop and conduct acceptance tests for vendor-supplied equipment.
• Investigate equipment issues in collaboration with production staff.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD engineering student in mechatronics, controls, chemical, process, mechanical, industrial, electrical, or environmental engineering.
• Must remain enrolled at university throughout the internship.
• Available for at least 13 weeks (3 months).
• Proficient in English.
• Demonstrated technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• The internship is intended for European Engineering students.
