CEE Biosurgery & Advanced Surgical Healing Marketing Manger

Location: Prague, Czechia. Additional posting locations include Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, and Croatia. The role covers Central and Eastern Europe, with dedicated commercial execution across Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary.

Annual gross base pay ranges by additional location: Slovakia: €40,200–€68,425; Poland: PLN 205,000–PLN 354,200; Croatia: €50,600–€86,710; Hungary: HUF 14,351,000–HUF 24,760,650.

What you will do

• Develop annual and multi-year commercial marketing strategies for Ethicon Biosurgery and Advanced Surgical Healing portfolios across CEE.
• Translate global, EMEA, and regional strategies into locally executable marketing plans, portfolio priorities, and growth initiatives.
• Lead product positioning, lifecycle management, portfolio optimization, forecasting, launch planning, and commercial readiness.
• Plan customer engagement activities, educational campaigns, congresses, workshops, and omnichannel initiatives.
• Build KOL and healthcare-institution relationships while supporting procedure penetration and product adoption.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Professional Education to deliver measurable commercial results.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in medical device, healthcare marketing, or related commercial roles.
• Strong experience in commercial marketing, product management, strategic marketing, product launches, and sales collaboration.
• Healthcare industry knowledge and the ability to work across multiple countries, stakeholders, and matrix teams.
• Strong analytical capability, financial acumen, and ability to translate data into commercial decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to ensure compliance with the Johnson & Johnson Credo, HCC requirements, local healthcare regulations, and promotional standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in Biosurgery or Advanced Surgical Healing.
• Experience with brand positioning, digital strategy, customer intelligence, product development lifecycle, and resource allocation.
