What you will do
- Define, steer, and follow up the regional segment marketing strategy.
- Own the regional segment P&L and define the product, service, portfolio, and pricing strategies.
- Analyze markets and competitors, prepare business reviews, reporting, and data analysis.
- Manage key accounts and leads while supporting regional sales plans and problem solving.
- Lead the regional marketing and sales community, including technical and value-selling training.
- Lead subordinates, coordinate market segment activities, collaborate across teams, and deliver team KPIs.
Requirements
- College degree or higher, ideally in business, technical, or engineering studies.
- More than 5 years of relevant commercial experience, ideally including managerial experience.
- Strong business acumen, market analysis, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of contracts management, legal aspects, international trade, and segment application engineering.
- Leadership, networking, value-selling, training, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent local language and English; advanced MS Office, CRM, and SAP skills.
