Quality Assurance Specialist (Top Secret Clearance Required)

Salary: $140,000–$155,000 per year, plus potential discretionary annual bonus

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs, policies, and procedures.
• Analyze processes, conduct audits, and recommend improvements to efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
• Identify non-conformities, prepare corrective action plans, and maintain quality records.
• Assess quality risks, develop mitigation strategies, and analyze quality data for trends and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate contractor performance and communicate quality-related information to management, customers, and contractors.
• Develop and deliver quality training for Contracting Officer Representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in quality assurance, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of quality assurance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, and tools, including Performance Work Statements, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans, Monthly Status Reports, Non-Conformance Reports, and CPARS.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of WAWF, JAM, SPM, EDA, and CPARS is preferred; SOF or DCMA experience is preferred.
