What you will do
- Develop, code, test, debug, and enhance software applications.
- Troubleshoot software issues and respond to customer feedback and improvement requests.
- Integrate applications with standard software packages, patching systems, and deployment technologies.
- Automate application and configuration deployments and updates.
- Support desktop design, testing, and security lockdown implementation.
- Create technical documentation, user manuals, and training for technical staff and end users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, testing, and integration.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including C#, Java, or Python.
- Experience with C#, Angular, Vue, AWS, software packaging, automated deployment tools, and patch management technologies.
- Strong knowledge of business applications, security requirements, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Active Top Secret security clearance is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in Department of Defense or government IT environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of enterprise system integration and desktop security hardening.
- Experience with user training and technical documentation.
