R&D Manager Leadership Development Program (Biotech)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid role

Base pay: $127,313–$147,099 USD annually, plus performance-based bonus and/or equity for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Participate in the R&D Leadership Development Program with structured rotational exposure and executive mentorship.
• Advance research and development projects in the discovery pipeline under minimal supervision.
• Develop next-generation cell therapies using innovative in vivo delivery technologies.
• Create novel CAR therapies for cancer and autoimmune disease indications.
• Advance multiple scientific projects concurrently in collaboration with the Philadelphia R&D team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience as an early-career scientist or professional.
• Expertise in immunology and/or oncology.
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art immunotherapy and its applications.
• Strong scientific skills, initiative, creativity, diligence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced biotechnology environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through Form I-9 and E-Verify.
