What you will do

• Provide scientific oversight for clinical outcome assessment data in global clinical trials.
• Review protocols, clinical trial site data, clinician work, and assessment results to identify measurement risks and required interventions.
• Contribute to rater training methodology, training materials, calibration activities, and intervention approaches.
• Communicate with sponsors, clinical trial raters, external vendors, clients, and internal Clinical Leadership.
• Prepare data issue and trend presentations and coordinate clinical deliverables, metrics, and quality activities.
• Clean, transform, validate, and analyze clinical data using Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatry, Nursing, Social Work, or an equivalent field; PhD preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience working with psychiatric or neuropsychiatric populations.
• At least 3 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, or structured clinical interviews.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• PhD in a relevant discipline.
• Previous experience with central nervous system clinical trials.
