Senior IV&V Test Engineer (DevSecOps)

What you will do

• Develop and execute independent test strategies aligned with federal IV&V best practices.
• Validate functional and non-functional requirements across enterprise application releases.
• Design, maintain, and integrate automated test frameworks and scripts into CI/CD pipelines.
• Verify configuration, release management, build integrity, and deployments across environments.
• Support DevSecOps initiatives through secure testing practices and defect management.
• Maintain requirements-to-test traceability and prepare documentation for audit and compliance reviews.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• At least 5 years of enterprise software testing experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V).
• Experience building or maintaining automation frameworks and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience developing test strategies, traceability documentation, and using defect tracking and test management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal modernization programs or financial and grant-based systems.
• Experience validating high-volume transactional systems.
• Exposure to SQL-based data validation and DevSecOps principles.
• Relevant certifications such as CSQA, ISTQB, or Agile certifications.
