Sr. Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Specialist

Location: Ft Belvoir, Virginia, United States; on-site operational duties may include confined spaces, elevated locations, and physically demanding environments.

What you will do

• Execute TSCM missions, including pre-mission coordination, on-site or remote operations, out briefs, reporting, and system-of-record entries.
• Provide rapid responses to suspected technical devices, anomalies, and indicators in accordance with Government incident procedures.
• Produce technical threat-based products and maintain accurate operational records.
• Attend approved conferences, meetings, and working groups to maintain technical currency and represent the program.
• Deploy, transport, and operate TSCM equipment safely in operational environments, including confined and elevated spaces.

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI security clearance with CI Poly is required.
• At least 12 years of related TSCM experience.
• Successful completion of the TSCM Fundamentals Course at the Interagency Training Center.
• Experience conducting site surveys and inspections for compliance with ICS 705, NSSAM 1-13, and other applicable regulations.
• Current Interagency Training Center Practitioner certification and at least 40 hours of TSCM-related training annually.
• Radiation safety training required to operate X-ray equipment, plus applicable site-specific safety training and equipment operation or maintenance experience.
