Part-Time First Aid Nurse

Location: Busch Gardens Williamsburg, Virginia, United States; onsite work in indoor and outdoor park conditions

Compensation: 17–25 USD

What you will do

• Provide medical care to park guests and employees.
• Handle emergency situations, illnesses, injuries, severe weather, and other incidents.
• Coordinate employee injury follow-up, referrals, workers’ compensation notifications, and tracking.
• Participate in camp check-ins, medication administration, and health or medical record reviews.
• Maintain clean, orderly treatment and waiting areas while supporting safe and efficient Health Services operations.
• Work with departments and Human Resources to arrange light-duty assignments for injured employees.

Requirements

• RN or LPN license in the State of Virginia required.
• Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to follow protocols, complete injury-care follow-up, document care, scan charts, and handle required paperwork.
• Effective communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in extreme heat, cold, humidity, wet conditions, shaded areas, and exposure to fumes, dust, or odors.

Nice to have

• Emergency or critical care experience.
• ACLS certification.
