Senior Software Engineer - Javascript- AD TECH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (Remote- US only)

What you will do

• Write and ship production JavaScript and TypeScript code, review pull requests, and collaborate with engineers on code quality.
• Own the Prebid.js and Prebid Server implementation, including wrapper architecture, bid adapters, identity, consent, floors, and analytics modules.
• Manage the header bidding wrapper end to end, including architecture, release cycles, feature integration, and technical decisions.
• Work with Google Ad Manager, GPT, IMA SDK, line item architecture, key-value targeting, unified auctions, and unified pricing rules.
• Optimize client-side script performance across thousands of publisher sites by protecting Core Web Vitals, memory usage, execution time, and network overhead.
• Own deployed solutions, resolve critical issues, and maintain system reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on expertise with Prebid.js and experience with Prebid Server, including stored requests, server-side adapters, and S2S routing.
• In-depth knowledge of the programmatic advertising auction lifecycle and strong Google Ad Manager expertise.
• At least 4 years of JavaScript development experience with substantial TypeScript experience.
• Experience deploying and operating high-throughput services on Google Cloud Platform, including GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, or BigQuery.
• Fluency in OpenRTB, SSP/DSP integrations, identity solutions, EIDs, consent frameworks, Amazon TAM/APS, and video advertising technologies.
• Strong asynchronous programming, client-server architecture, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

• Contributions to Prebid.js or Prebid Server open-source repositories.
