Global Market Access & Pricing Lead, Early Neurology (Alzheimer’s Disease): Developing global pricing, payer value propositions, and early market access strategies for Sanofi’s Phase 2 Alzheimer’s Disease and neurodegenerative disease portfolio with an accent on value assessment, competitive differentiation, and evidence generation. Focus on shaping clinical and integrated evidence plans, translating scientific data into payer strategies, and guiding investment and launch decisions across key markets.
Location: Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ; hybrid with 3 days per week in-office and 20% travel expected

What you will do
- Lead value assessments for Alzheimer’s Disease and other neurodegenerative assets, including external opportunities.
- Recommend pricing and market access assumptions for forecasts, business cases, investment decisions, indications, patient populations, and product labels.
- Develop payer value propositions, early market access strategies, competitive differentiation, and scenario plans.
- Contribute to Clinical Development Plans and Integrated Evidence Generation Plans addressing payer needs, access opportunities, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Shape the Alzheimer’s Disease ecosystem and collaborate with global and local market access teams, Public Affairs, and cross-functional business partners.
- Provide payer insights through market research, advisory boards, early scientific advice, and governance and commercial forums.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences, business, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience with a strong track record in pricing and market access.
- Experience in neurology, neuroscience, or similarly complex therapeutic areas is preferred.
- Deep knowledge of the US market and healthcare system, with experience across different payer archetypes in key markets.
- Strategic leadership, analytical, pricing, communication, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent English, written and oral, required.
