What you will do

• Learn development tools, programming concepts, and software engineering best practices with mentor guidance.
• Collaborate with peers and mentors throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Complete simple coding tasks independently and incorporate feedback from team leads.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute ideas.
• Document, implement, and test high-quality software features with peer and mentor support.
• Participate constructively in code reviews and submit code for review.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic programming skills in Java.
• Strong teamwork, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and verbal and written communication skills.
