Senior Digital Marketing Manager

What you will do

• Own the execution and delivery of marketing initiatives across a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely, on-budget completion aligned with strategic goals.
• Serve as delivery lead for multiple accounts, managing scope, resources, campaign success, and client communication.
• Manage, coach, and develop direct reports while improving the quality and consistency of team output.
• Translate strategy and KPIs into multi-channel execution plans, sequencing work, allocating resources, and managing delivery risks.
• Contribute hands-on to campaigns across digital marketing channels and monitor performance to implement optimizations.
• Partner with Strategic Advisors to pressure-test strategy, refine roadmaps, and recommend account growth opportunities based on data and industry trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a marketing agency.
• Experience managing multiple clients and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports.
• Hands-on campaign execution experience across AEO, SEO, paid media, paid search, social, and programmatic marketing.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into clear execution plans and identify optimization and growth opportunities.
