Location: United States, Jersey City and New York City; in-person work required at least four days per week

Hourly pay: $42.02–$43.86

What you will do

• Support day-to-day claims operations within a global insurance company.
• Gain hands-on experience evaluating claims and cases across multiple lines of business.
• Assist with litigation management from complaint filing through appeals.
• Work with outside counsel and contribute to optimal claims resolutions.
• Develop skills in negotiating resolutions, reporting on trials, and presenting information to senior management.
• Participate in instructor-led masterclasses, mentoring circles, networking events, and volunteering activities.

Requirements

• JD candidate expected to receive the degree no later than June 2028.
• Availability for the complete nine-week program from June 7 through August 6, 2027.
• Ability to work in the office at least four days per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, collaboration, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
• Interest in litigation, strong academic and extracurricular achievement, and enthusiasm for developing legal and claims expertise.
