Digital Marketing Specialist

What you will do

• Execute day-to-day client campaign work across SEO, answer engine optimization, paid search, paid social, organic social, programmatic, and local search.
• Manage analytics, reporting, and campaign performance activities.
• Support strategic website implementation using WordPress CMS.
• Perform beta testing and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers and Strategic Advisors to deliver scoped work on time and within budget.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of digital marketing experience; agency experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and WordPress CMS.
• Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, work independently, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Ability to work on-site in Chardon, Ohio, in an office-based environment.
