What you will do

• Create visual designs, typography, visual concepts, logos, and icons.
• Brainstorm concepts with project teams and develop original campaigns.
• Extend creative ideas across TV, print, digital, and other functional mediums.
• Present and advocate for design work with clients, peers, and colleagues.
• Execute projects according to established timelines, briefs, and expectations.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of proven experience in an agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or portfolio-school education focused on design or art direction.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Strong conceptual creative problem-solving skills applied across multiple channels.
• Collaborative, adaptable, hardworking, and proactive approach.
• Ability to receive constructive feedback, learn quickly, and continue developing professionally.

Nice to have

• Strong interest or experience in print production and packaging.
