Digital Marketing Manager

Location: On-site at the headquarters in Chardon, Ohio, United States; this is not a remote position.

What you will do

• Own the execution and delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple clients, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and in line with strategic goals.
• Translate high-level marketing strategies into actionable plans with defined tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Execute campaigns hands-on across multiple digital marketing channels and remove delivery bottlenecks.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and implement optimizations to improve results.
• Participate in client meetings by providing updates, sharing insights, and making tactical recommendations.
• Collaborate with Strategic Advisors to refine marketing strategies using execution insights, performance data, and industry trends.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Hands-on campaign execution experience across AEO, SEO, paid media, paid search, paid social, and organic social.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear execution plans and manage multiple clients and deliverables.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strategic, self-motivated, and proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
