Location: New York, New York; hybrid role based at the New York City headquarters
Base salary: $141,400–$190,700 USD per year, plus annual equity awards, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and region-specific benefits.

What you will do
- Build and improve AI and machine learning pipelines powering content and non-content recommendations.
- Research, evaluate, and apply machine learning techniques for recommender systems.
- Run A/B tests and experiments, analyze results, and collaborate with product analysts.
- Engineer, deploy, and monitor scalable, low-latency microservices for high-concurrency ML inference.
- Develop production evaluation pipelines to measure model performance and bias.
- Architect ML infrastructure for LLM-based features and real-time personalization.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, machine learning, operational research, statistics, mathematics, or another highly quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in recommender systems, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
- Programming experience with Python, Java, Kotlin, Go, or C/C++.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases and scalable ML model-serving microservices.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps, automated evaluation pipelines, and model monitoring.
Nice to have
- MS or PhD in a highly quantitative field.
- Experience with near-real-time ML applications.
- Experience launching ML-based product features with product managers.
