What you will do

• Define critical process attributes supporting flu vaccine process validation.
• Analyze and communicate documented study results within manufacturing platforms and projects.
• Support the implementation of new and improved processes for relevant stakeholders.
• Promote statistical thinking and the understanding and reduction of process variation.
• Facilitate statistical process control training for Manufacturing & Supply personnel.
• Provide technical input and gap analysis on quality and regulatory guidelines related to process control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, natural science, computer science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; academic experience, coursework, and school projects are accepted.
• Basic knowledge of quality by design, process control, design of experiments, statistical process control, and applied statistics.
• Quantitative skills, including programming and working with varied data outside an academic setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to work at the Swiftwater, Pennsylvania location.
