What you will do

  • Manage procurement, receipt, storage, distribution, and accountability of aircraft parts, equipment, and materials.
  • Process requisitions, receipts, issues, turn-ins, due-ins, due-outs, and other transactions in SBSS, ES-S, ILS-S, GCSS-Air Force, and related STAMIS applications.
  • Execute FEDMALL procurement and coordinate offline or local purchases for urgent mission-critical requirements.
  • Coordinate with DLA, GSA, contracting offices, transportation personnel, maintenance organizations, and commercial vendors to resolve shortages.
  • Conduct inventories, discrepancy research, document reconciliation, stock-level analysis, and property accountability activities.
  • Prepare shipments and operate forklifts, warehouse equipment, and government vehicles as required.

Requirements

  • Experience coordinating offline or local purchases and resolving urgent or mission-critical supply requirements.
  • Experience working with DLA, GSA, contracting offices, transportation organizations, and commercial vendors.
  • Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, property accountability, and supply reconciliation.
  • Experience handling aircraft parts, support equipment, hazardous materials, serialized assets, and controlled or high-value property.
  • Working knowledge of Air Force, DoD, safety, environmental, hazardous-material, and technical-order requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
