What you will do
- Receive, move, store, inspect, inventory, and ship materials according to standard operating procedures, government requirements, and security regulations.
- Verify materials against shipping and receiving documents, process labels, identify discrepancies or damage, and prepare items for shipment.
- Use DPAS, SAP, GOLDesp, inventory management systems, ERP tools, and shipment tracking systems.
- Manage electrostatic device, shelf-life, calibration, return-to-inventory, and return-to-stock processes.
- Operate material-handling equipment after completing required training and licensing, while maintaining warehouse safety and housekeeping standards.
- Maintain accountable records, process mail, safeguard government property, and resolve non-routine issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
- Strong communication, time management, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a drug test and have, or be able to obtain, a DoD National Agency Check Investigation Interim Secret Security Clearance within 60 days of hire.
- Ability to complete required company and customer training and maintain required equipment certifications.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of PC systems and cargo management software.
- Preference may be given to Calista shareholders, descendants, spouses, and eligible shareholders of other corporations established under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.
