Focus on developing cost-saving initiatives, evaluating OSAT subcontractors, and coordinating legal requirements for NDA, MPA, CSR, and BCP agreements.

Location: Onsite in Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia

What you will do

  • Manage subcontractors commercially, including RFQs, pricing, and consignment arrangements.
  • Source and assess subcontractors suitable for the optoelectronics portfolio.
  • Conduct market research, supplier performance assessments, and cost analysis.
  • Ensure subcontractor pricing remains competitive and collaborate on cost-saving initiatives.
  • Establish, maintain, and update NDA, MPA, CSR, and BCP agreements in coordination with Legal.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Good written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Strong sourcing and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor materials and the semiconductor subcontractor market, including OSAT.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
