Focus on developing cost-saving initiatives, evaluating OSAT partners, and coordinating contractual requirements with Legal.
Location: Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia; onsite

What you will do
- Manage subcontractors commercially, including RFQs, pricing, and consignment arrangements.
- Source subcontractors suitable for the optoelectronics portfolio and assess their performance.
- Conduct market and cost analysis to ensure competitive subcontractor pricing.
- Collaborate with subcontractors on cost-saving initiatives.
- Establish, maintain, and update NDA, MPA, CSR, and BCP agreements in coordination with Legal.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Business.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of semiconductor materials and the semiconductor subcontractor market, including OSAT.
- At least 5 years of semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP.
