Associate, Producer Contracting (Insurance)

Location: Onsite in Addison, TX, or Montpelier, VT; in-office four days per week on Monday through Thursday

Hourly pay: $18–$26 USD

What you will do

• Process producer contracts, amendments, appointments, licensing records, and commission eligibility accurately and on time.
• Review agent backgrounds, credit reports, licensing issues, prior company history, and regulatory actions to determine eligibility.
• Coordinate with recruiters, marketing, general agencies, management, legal, and field offices to obtain required documentation and resolve issues.
• Interpret state insurance regulations and notify field teams about changes affecting life, annuity, long-term care, indexed annuity, and variable products.
• Maintain accurate coding in licensing, commission, payroll, and access systems while supporting MAR compliance and web security access.
• Research producer questions and errors, meet service standards, and contribute to workflow and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a home office or field office, preferably in insurance or another regulated financial services environment.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus mainframe processing and dual-monitor work.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; the position requires onsite work in Texas or Vermont.
