What you will do

• Operate and control injection moulding machines in the assigned production module.
• Help ensure efficient production and consistently high product quality.
• Participate in troubleshooting machine issues and support correct equipment operation.
• Suggest and implement continuous improvement changes.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in operating injection moulding machines.
• Ability to troubleshoot production equipment and support machine reliability.
• Ability to identify and perform continuous improvement activities.
• Availability for full-time onsite work at the Monterrey Building M location.
