What you will do
- Manage orders for engine parts, services, oil, and antifreeze, including delivery tracking.
- Maintain records of parts and orders in Navision and support warehouse inventory checks.
- Prepare quotations for parts, labor, interventions, and contract execution.
- Coordinate parts and materials transportation domestically and internationally.
- Document service operations and review parts with their related documentation.
- Check service activities, supplier invoices, customer maintenance invoices, and warranty-service invoicing.
Requirements
- Experience or knowledge relevant to service support, spare-parts coordination, or engine maintenance operations.
- Ability to prepare and verify orders, quotations, service documents, and invoices.
- Ability to track deliveries, check warehouse input-output differences, and prepare availability analyses.
- Ability to follow internal procedures and coordinate with related departments.
- Based in Bucharest, Romania.
