Senior Associate, Product Launch (Private Markets)

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work arrangement with regular office attendance. Up to 18 remote workdays per quarter are available with manager approval.

Base salary: $120,000–$130,000 USD annually, plus discretionary annual bonus and potential long-term rewards.

What you will do

• Support all aspects of launching new investment products from concept approval through the first subscription.
• Develop launch plans, define dependencies and goals, and track progress against launch targets.
• Review legal, marketing, and other product documentation from a commercial perspective.
• Gather and evaluate input from Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Investor Relations, Investments, Operations, Tax, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with operational leads and external providers to ensure readiness for new product operations.
• Contribute to product research, strategy, prioritization, and the firm’s product development and launch pipeline.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional experience in private markets or asset management, focused on structuring, product development, product launch, or related topics.
• Experience implementing multidimensional projects and managing large cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of private equity or broader private markets and the mechanics and interdependencies of alternative investment funds.
• Familiarity with legal structures used to provide investor access to private market strategies and with business models.
• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or MBA is a nice-to-have qualification.
• Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and stakeholder-influence skills.

• Experience developing and launching new investment products within private markets.
• JD, MBA, or equivalent experience.
