What you will do

• Retouch and upload product photography for campaigns, social content, homepage banners, and special projects.
• Manipulate and swap product colors while preserving natural texture, shadows, and lighting.
• Create color variants and match imagery to physical color samples and style guides.
• Apply editorial, commercial, and social-native retouching approaches according to campaign direction.
• Crop images, maintain file-size specifications, organize digital assets, and upload files to servers according to production calendars.
• Perform color correction and quality assurance while meeting daily and weekly deadlines and incorporating creative feedback.

Requirements

• At least two years of photo retouching experience in a studio environment, ideally in fashion e-commerce.
• Portfolio demonstrating photo retouching, color manipulation, and before-and-after examples.
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of color theory, color correction, creative grading, studio photography, and lighting practices.
• Detail-oriented, organized, methodical, and able to discuss image properties using photographic terminology.
• English required; the role is onsite in Beverly Hills, California.

Nice to have

• BA degree in Photography or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in fashion e-commerce and knowledge of additional languages.
