RSA P&G Summer Internship 2027

Location: Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa; onsite internship from January 4 to February 12, 2027.

What you will do

• Own, lead, and deliver an individual live business project from day one.
• Develop creative and innovative approaches to complex business problems.
• Analyze data and derive insights to support business or organizational decisions.
• Collaborate with P&G employees across backgrounds, nationalities, levels, and markets.
• Present project results to senior executives during final presentations.

Requirements

• Current university student in the penultimate year of study, graduating December 2027 or later.
• Strong teamwork, analytical, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented skills.
• Experience working in groups through formal or informal leadership roles, such as student organizations, varsity, or a thesis.
• Resilience, initiative, flexibility, and willingness to continuously learn and grow.
• Ability to collaborate with people from different levels, backgrounds, and experiences.
