Senior Associate, Evergreen Product Operations (Private Markets)

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work arrangement. Up to 18 remote workdays per quarter are available with manager approval, with regular office attendance expected.

Base salary: $105,000–$130,000 per year, plus discretionary annual bonus and potential long-term rewards.

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations for non-US evergreen products, ensuring fund routines are accurate and timely.
• Advance analytics, dashboards, internal and external reporting, and self-serve data capabilities, with a focus on evergreen credit.
• Partner with sales, investment specialists, distribution specialists, Investor Relations, and Product teams on commercial opportunities, operating models, DDQs, ODD meetings, and investor queries.
• Improve the share class hedging program and support liquidity management.
• Develop operating models, controls, documentation frameworks, and business management models for evergreen products.
• Integrate AI tools into processes and analysis where appropriate.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in fund, product, or investment operations, or a related private markets role.
• Strong understanding of private markets, including private credit or private equity, and evergreen or open-ended fund structures.
• Knowledge of regulated fund environments and broad fund operations.
• Results-oriented, detail-focused, analytical, process-driven, and highly organized approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills; English is required.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and a demonstrated record of supporting technological improvements.
