Men's Production Manager (Apparel)

Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY; 100% on-site

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually

What you will do

• Oversee the full production lifecycle for assigned vendors, including purchase orders, production timelines, critical path milestones, ex-factory dates, and deliverables.
• Maintain WIP reports, production records, vendor performance data, and delivery schedules.
• Manage bulk fabric and trim submissions, review samples against approved standards, and communicate approvals and feedback to vendors.
• Coordinate with Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Materials, third-party quality control, and Logistics teams to resolve production challenges.
• Review cost sheets, lead vendor pricing negotiations, and support margin goals.
• Review quality inspections and TOP samples, implement corrective actions and process improvements, onboard vendors, and manage an associate or assistant.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant production experience preferred.
• Experience in men's apparel is a plus.
• Costing and negotiation experience required.
• Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems, data maintenance, and data entry.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, critical thinking, independent problem-solving, flexibility, and teamwork.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at the Williamsburg, Brooklyn headquarters.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Prior men's apparel production experience.
