Men's Production Manager (Apparel)

Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York; 100% on-site

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually

What you will do

• Oversee the full production lifecycle for assigned vendors, tracking purchase orders, timelines, critical path milestones, ex-factory dates, WIP reports, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Materials, third-party Quality Control, Logistics, vendors, and factories to resolve production challenges.
• Manage bulk fabric and trims submissions, review materials against approved SMS fabrics and lab dips, and communicate approvals and feedback.
• Review cost sheets, lead vendor pricing negotiations, and support margin goals.
• Review quality inspections, approve TOP samples, and coordinate corrective actions for bulk production.
• Maintain ERP purchase orders and production records, improve processes, onboard vendors, and manage an associate or assistant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Costing and negotiation experience required.
• Familiarity with ERP/PLM systems, data maintenance, and data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Critical thinking, flexibility, independent problem-solving, initiative, strong work ethic, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Prior men's apparel experience.
