Personal Lines Client Executive

Salary: $115,000–$155,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage a personal lines book of business generating $500K–$700K in revenue.
• Lead the full renewal lifecycle, including policy reviews, loss analysis, coverage analysis, program design, data completeness, and discrepancy resolution.
• Develop marketing strategies, review submissions, negotiate with underwriters, and shape proposal content.
• Understand clients’ operations, strategies, and needs throughout the year while advising on coverage opportunities.
• Facilitate meetings with clients and internal stakeholders and support new business development and account setup.
• Develop carrier relationships and contribute to ongoing industry education, collaboration, and client retention.

Requirements

• Experience in insurance or a related industry relevant to the assigned book of business.
• Strategic thinking based on client priorities and marketplace cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading and developing people, delegating work, and holding teams and partners accountable.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
