International Tax Transfer Pricing Associate (Transfer Pricing)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid workstyle aligned to an hirify.global office, with in-person collaboration based on client, team, development, or relationship-building needs.

Compensation range: $57,200–$68,250 annually.

What you will do

• Work on client engagements from planning through completion, including project execution and budget management.
• Conduct economic, financial, and accounting analyses for transfer pricing projects and apply transfer pricing methods to client cases.
• Evaluate intercompany transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans for multinational and domestic corporations.
• Perform industry and market research, economic valuations, comparative financial benchmarking, and financial statement analysis.
• Prepare detailed reports, memoranda, presentations, and tax and regulatory compliance analyses using Microsoft Word, Excel, and statistical sampling packages.
• Communicate with clients, gather information, resolve transfer pricing issues, support business development, and build relationships across service lines and hirify.global firms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business/Management, or Finance.
• Previous client service experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong writing skills are required.
• Solid research and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments.

• Working toward a CPA designation.
