Senior Associate, Portfolio Operations (Private Markets)

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work arrangement with up to 18 remote workdays per quarter, subject to manager approval

Base salary: $110,000–$120,000 per year, plus discretionary annual bonus and potential long-term rewards.

What you will do

• Conduct daily IBOR reconciliation standups with onshore and offshore teams across Credit and Evergreen products.
• Review and resolve reconciliation breaks, data exceptions, and investment data discrepancies within daily production timelines.
• Coordinate trade capture in IBOR systems and communications with external fund administrators.
• Perform daily and monthly investment data reconciliations with multiple third-party administrators.
• Oversee portfolio requirements and administrator relationships while supporting strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects.
• Partner with Investment Data Operations, Technology, Accounting, Credit, and Evergreen teams to improve reporting tools, automation, and operational workflows.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in private markets, portfolio operations, and analytics preferred.
• Strong understanding of credit markets, terms, and data requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Technical proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Power BI and Snowflake.
• Experience with Allvue and eFront.
