What you will do

• Support paid social media initiatives with strategic campaign recommendations.
• Analyze data and provide insights to improve paid media performance.
• Build and execute paid social campaigns, including budget pacing and bid optimization.
• Monitor and report campaign performance against client expectations.
• Conduct benchmarking, projections, and reach and frequency analysis for media planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
• Passion for social media and data analysis, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
• Ability to work in Knoxville, TN.

Nice to have

• Experience with Facebook audiences, audience modeling, social auctions, and audience overlap management.
• Experience developing media plans based on projected CPA or ROAS goals.
