Organic Social Intern (Social Media)

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee, United States

Salary: $18 per hour; paid internship lasting 8.5 weeks, from September 23 to November 20, 2026, with a maximum of 25 hours per week.

What you will do

• Set up, track, report on, and analyze organic social media campaigns.
• Participate in creative brainstorming and develop engaging social content.
• Conduct competitive research to identify relevant social media trends and opportunities.
• Assist with content calendars and monitor customer feedback.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports for the Organic Social team.

Requirements

• Relevant work or life experience, current enrollment as a senior in a bachelor's program, or recent graduation in media, marketing, advertising, or a similar field; a degree is not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Expertise with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in a Mac environment and experience with Google Docs, Google Analytics, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
