What you will do
- Manage and service existing clients and bank customers while identifying their individual financial needs.
- Acquire new clients through internal referrals and external sources, selling investment products.
- Identify sales opportunities and initiate investment products or refer customers to Trust, Insurance, loans, and other business lines.
- Support Associate Financial Advisors with training in customer profiling, sales skills, and goal achievement.
- Maintain client files, complete continuing education, and fulfill FINRA licensing requirements.
- Review licensed bankers’ work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of job-related experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong management, communication, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software, including basic MS Word and PowerPoint and intermediate MS Excel.
- Life/Health license and FINRA Series 7 and 63 & 65 or Series 66 certification.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
