What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the Third Party Risk Management program, aligning it with security standards, business requirements, and SLAs.
• Manage the security awareness program, including its scope, content, cadence, performance, and phishing, vishing, and social engineering testing.
• Coordinate GRC operations such as project tracking, financial planning, reporting, and periodic planning.
• Improve GRC efficiency through automation, data-driven decision-making, research, and AI chatbots, assistants, and coding tools.
• Support internal and external audits, risk assessments, certifications, policy management, and business continuity activities.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the security department and the wider business.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or GRC.
• Hands-on experience in cyber, IT, or third-party risk management.
• Experience developing and implementing security training and awareness programs.
• Strong understanding of SOC 2, ISO, NIST, CIS, DORA, GDPR, and related standards, regulations, and certifications.
• Daily fluency with AI chatbots and assistants, including AI-assisted development of scripts, automations, or internal tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with GRC, compliance, policy, risk, vendor management, awareness, training, or phishing simulation platforms.
• Background in the financial or digital assets sector.
• Familiarity with product development practices and strong technological understanding.
