Field Quality Manager - Michels Pipeline, Inc.

Location: Charlotte, NC; ability to travel across the United States required

What you will do

• Oversee implementation and compliance of QA/QC programs in the field.
• Conduct on-site inspections and routine quality assessments.
• Verify that completed work meets project specifications, quality expectations, and industry standards.
• Support field operations and coordinate with multiple project groups.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of QA/QC experience in the pipeline industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel across the United States.
• Valid driver license for the vehicles operated and an acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, isometrics, and specifications.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification.
• AMPP Coating Inspector certification, Level 1–3.
