Application Support / SQL (12-Month Paternity-Leave Contract)

What you will do

• Investigate and resolve customer-reported technical issues by reviewing logs, gathering diagnostic information, and reproducing problems.
• Communicate issue status, troubleshooting steps, resolution plans, and next actions to customers.
• Document cases, customer records, troubleshooting findings, and resolutions in CRM and support systems.
• Use support tools, knowledge resources, and established processes to manage cases efficiently.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and internal support teams to escalate and resolve issues.
• Participate in on-call and weekend support rotations as required while contributing to response-time, resolution, and quality targets.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience supporting software applications, SaaS platforms, or customer-facing technical environments.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL fundamentals.
• Familiarity with client-server architecture and web-based application troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely from Romania and support on-call or weekend rotations when required.
