Senior Data Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote; EU/Ukraine timezone

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance existing data processes for reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Build a detailed understanding of existing tables, data flows, jobs, and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive reliability and performance improvements across data workflows.
• Own and execute data process modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams on architectural alignment and best-practice adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Expert SQL skills, including optimization of complex queries for latency and performance.
• Proficiency with DBT for data transformation and modeling.
• Strong data engineering fundamentals and database knowledge, including DDL, DML, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Elastic, plus experience building and scaling large-scale data pipelines.
• Ability to work in the EU/Ukraine timezone.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Airflow for workflow orchestration.
