Senior Analytics Engineer

Location: Fully remote for candidates in the EU, Serbia, Georgia, Armenia, or Kazakhstan; CET working time zone

What you will do

• Clarify requirements and implement changes to attribution logic, data sources, and data marts.
• Lead the migration of dbt models, Airflow DAGs, and data sources to the core data warehouse platform.
• Build and optimise incremental BigQuery data marts, including recalculations and backfills.
• Implement data quality checks and investigate data discrepancies.
• Analyse external inputs and ensure reliable data delivery.
• Participate in testing, validation, releases, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, DWH Engineering, or Data Analysis.
• Expert SQL and good Python knowledge for ETL and data processing.
• Experience with DWH architecture, ODS, data marts, incremental loads, history handling, and deduplication.
• Experience with BigQuery or similar columnar databases, dbt, and Airflow or comparable orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of pipeline migration, data parity validation, Git, data quality, and data governance.
• Intermediate English and availability to work in the CET time zone; candidate must be located in the EU, Serbia, Georgia, Armenia, or Kazakhstan.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile or marketing attribution data, ad network cost data, SKAN/ATT, or ad fraud data.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Cloud Storage, or Dataform.
• Experience with Lightdash, Looker, or Tableau.
