Director Creative Strategy (Live Entertainment)

Location: New York City, NY; onsite position

Salary: $113,000–$175,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Shape storylines for new business and renewal pitches with Global Partnerships and Marketing.
• Develop brand narratives across MSG Sports and hirify.global, including spaces, content, giveaways, and brand partnerships.
• Work with designers to build and write presentations.
• Develop creative concepts for content and activations.
• Build relationships across Creative Studio, Global Partnerships, Marketing, and Social teams.
• Provide strong guest, partner, and team-member experiences while following onsite appearance and presentation guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Anthropology, Psychology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a brand or creative strategist, preferably in an agency or agency-style environment.
• Proven success pitching new business.
• Knowledge of and passion for music, live entertainment, sports, and pop culture.
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas, synthesize feedback constructively, and lead projects.
