Senior Graphic Designer (Cosmetics)

Location: Port Washington, New York, USA; onsite at headquarters

Compensation: $22.75–$44.50 per hour

What you will do

• Lead cosmetic packaging design and brand development from initial concepts through final production.
• Develop advertising campaigns, key visuals, retail materials, social assets, and promotional communications.
• Provide art direction for product photography, lifestyle imagery, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Design catalogs, brochures, lookbooks, editorial layouts, and other printed marketing materials.
• Prepare and review production-ready artwork, proofs, color separations, specifications, and print files.
• Partner with Brand Management, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Brand Experience, and domestic and overseas vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, consumer products, or CPG.
• Portfolio demonstrating packaging, advertising, branding, editorial design, and print production expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Extensive knowledge of print production, color management, packaging materials, finishing, and manufacturing processes.
• English and Korean language skills required. Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills are also required.

Nice to have

• Beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry experience.
• Experience managing multiple consumer brands, retail displays, POP materials, and Brand Experience assets.
• Experience with advertising campaigns, creative art direction, digital marketing, eCommerce, and social media design.
• Experience with AI-assisted creative tools and emerging design technologies.
• Experience working with international vendors and manufacturing partners.
