Senior Product Designer (EdTech)

What you will do

• Design seamless user experiences for web, mobile, and internal-facing tools.
• Collaborate with user researchers to apply research insights to design improvements.
• Partner with product and cross-functional teams to align UX with business goals and user needs.
• Develop and refine design standards to maintain consistent interactions and visual identity.
• Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions to improve design quality.
• Support UX experiments, testing, accessibility, usability, and user-centered design practices.

Requirements

• Experience in UX design with a portfolio demonstrating impactful work.
• Expertise in service design, interaction design, and creating consistent user flows.
• Proficiency with modern UX design tools, prototyping, and wireframing.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
• Ability to incorporate research and cross-functional input, generate multiple solutions, and collaborate across disciplines.
