Senior Product Designer (Medtech): Designing end-to-end user journeys for a mental well-being platform across web and mobile with an accent on onboarding, booking flows, and HR dashboards. What you will do
- Own end-to-end design of key product journeys including onboarding, booking, and content discovery across web and mobile.
- Improve information architecture and navigation to ensure the platform feels coherent, calm, and easy to use.
- Design and ship high-craft interaction and UI work, collaborating closely with engineering from concept to production.
- Develop and maintain design system components and reusable patterns to increase delivery quality and speed.
- Create actionable HR/admin dashboards and reporting tools to provide meaningful insights for HR teams.
- Use AI-enabled prototyping to rapidly explore, validate, and iterate on design solutions.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in product design with a track record of shipped work and measurable impact.
- Strong expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and proficiency in Figma.
- Proven experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to align stakeholders and articulate design decisions with confidence.
- Experience working in high-trust contexts where clarity, safety, and dignity are paramount.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model from Amsterdam
Nice to have
- Experience designing content or media-driven experiences focused on discovery and retention.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and AI-enabled prototyping workflows.
- Background in B2B2C environments (managing both HR buyers and employee users).
- Experience improving analytics surfaces and dashboards.
- Experience shipping international, multi-language products.
