Quality Assurance Specialist - Talent Community

Location: Waterford, Ireland; attendance at the place of work is required when scheduled.

What you will do

• Act as the quality point person for assigned systems and processes, providing guidance on quality issues.
• Review documentation, investigations, reports, procedures, and batch documentation for accuracy, risk, and compliance.
• Work with relevant departments to resolve concerns and close quality actions and findings on time.
• Support deviation investigations and ensure product deviations are closed before product release.
• Measure and report RFT and trend data, participate in supplier and regulatory audits, and support quality initiatives.
• Contribute to GMP training, continuous improvement, workplace safety, and team objectives.

Requirements

• Third-level qualification, preferably a degree in science or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar quality assurance role.
• Experience in a GMP environment and very good knowledge of cGMP in a regulated environment.
• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Flexible approach to ongoing change and working knowledge of computer packages.
