Quality Assurance Supervisor (Medical Devices)

Location: On-site in O'Callaghan Mills, County Clare, Ireland

What you will do

• Manage incoming inspection and goods-inwards quality activities, ensuring accurate and compliant completion.
• Support timely release of materials to operations while maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices and quality-system compliance.
• Identify, prioritise, and resolve supplier-related quality issues through NC and SCAR processes.
• Manage, communicate with, and develop incoming inspection personnel, including training on procedures, cGMPs, and document control.
• Generate, analyse, and report quality metrics to support ongoing improvement programmes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments on ordering, receipt, and inspection of products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an FDA-regulated industry.
• Strong time-management, organisational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong proofreading and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work on-site in O'Callaghan Mills, Ireland.
