LCM Hardware Engineer (Medical Devices)

Location: Hybrid role based in Yokneam, Haifa District, Israel

What you will do

• Develop hardware solutions supporting released HTC/Biosense systems.
• Write production procedures, define manufacturing processes, and improve production yield.
• Design, procure, and build production jigs, test benches, and other hardware tools.
• Design replacement parts and systems while enhancing hardware functionality and removing unused components.
• Investigate production issues, customer complaints, and RMAs; conduct failure analysis and identify root causes.
• Provide corrective solutions and testing improvements to production, and communicate production-related findings to R&D.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in hardware development and manufacturing, including transitioning products from development to production.
• Experience with multidisciplinary products and strong knowledge of production processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in designing and building test benches, jigs, and related tools.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English and Hebrew.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills across production, R&D, and other stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical device companies.
• Experience with firmware, VHDL, and MATLAB.
